DELIVERY DETAILS:
We offer a free national delivery service across most of the UK, however, the following post codes; IV, PH, PA will incur an additional charge of £45.00.
Destinations in Post codes KA and KW will carry an additional delivery charge of £80.00.
We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
Once an order has been placed with us we will e-mail you to confirm your order.
Silentnight will contact you by telephone and/or letter informing you of a delivery date and delivery window.
You, the customer, are responsible for unpacking and assembly of the goods. |
RETURNS POLICY:
Please inspect your products as soon as they are delivered.
If in the unlikely event your new bed is faulty or damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery.
We will undertake to either replace the goods or offer a refund.
Returned goods must be wrapped in the original packaging and any delivery and return costs will be met by us.
Items that are not faulty or damaged but are unwanted, please notify us within 7 days of taking delivery.
We will offer a replacement or full refund, however, the following charges will be met by the customer;
Single size products £50
Double size products £55
King size products £55
Superking size products £65
